Effective September 30th, 2024, the Coffee County Probate Office, Coffee County Revenue Commissioner’s Office, Coffee County Commission Office, Environmental Services Office, the Maintenance Department, and the Sheriff’s administrative office personnel will move to a 4/10 work schedule. The offices named above will be open from 7:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. with thirty minutes allotted for lunch. All of the above offices will be closed on Fridays.
The Sheriff’s Office law enforcement personnel, Jail, Dispatch, Landfill, Roll Off, Residential Collection, and Senior Centers will not be affected by this schedule change.

The Courthouses will remain open to the public on Fridays, and security will be provided. This change does not impact State offices located at a Courthouse or other County facilities, such as Circuit Court, District Court, the Circuit Clerk, the Juvenile Probation Office, Board of Registrars, Veterans Affairs, or Absentee Voting. These offices will remain open on Fridays.
